New Afro-Dancehall compilation ‘Nite Nurse Riddim’ drops this Friday!

Popular Ghanian blogger turned producer, Jullie Jay-Kanz, will be releasing the ‘Nite Nurse Riddim’ this Friday, July 3rd. This is an uptempo rhythm that can be classied as a mixture of afro-beat and dancehall.

The project features various artists from both Ghana and Jamaica, namely: Karamanti, King Zu, Jahlead, Sikka Rymes, Renner, Jay Nathan and Willing Wanna.

On her track, titled “Can We Discuss Ifa,” Karamanti talks about ancient African religions and traditions. All songs will be available at https://audiomack.com/julliejay-kanz.

Karamanti’s “Eyes Open Up” hits the charts!

Karamanti’s latest single from the Hurt People album, “Eyes Open Up,” is now on Disc-Jock Redeem’s Global Chart. It entered the chart last week in the number six (6) slot and have since moved up to number five (5). Disc-Jock Redeem’s Global Chart airs on Roots FM in Kingston, Jamaica.

Eyes Open Up” was also number two (2) on DJ Kat’s Top 5 for the week of June 10th. The program can be heard on Arawak Radio out of the UK.
