Blakkwuman22 Music presents Restart Riddim
Restart Riddim is a four-track dancehall compilation featuring Peppery, Sherida Sharpe, I-Talawah and Karamanti. The project was independently released on November 26th, and as such, is now available on all music platforms.
The idea for the record was conceptualized after we shared the first single from Karamanti’s upcoming album, Start With A Prayer, and noticed that the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Everybody that heard the track fell inlove with it; and several artists reached out to ask if they could voice on the riddim. Naturally, we were very selective and decided to only work with the aforementioned performers.
The beat for the Restart Riddim was built by Lamar Thompson for Blakkwuman22 Music. All the artists wrote their respective songs, with the exception of the title track, which is sung by Sherida Sharpe; it was penned by Karamanti.
